OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
4-6 lb. chicken, cut up
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs

DIPPING BATTER:

1/2 c. sour cream

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. celery salt

1/2 tsp. paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together. Dip each piece of chicken into mix and then into crumbs. Arrange in single layers in large shallow pan, skin side up. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. May be refrigerated overnight. Great for company.
