“BUTTERED RUM APPLE CIDER” IS IN:

BUTTERED RUM APPLE CIDER 
2 1/2 c. apple cider
1 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
6 whole cloves
36 whole allspice berries
1 cinnamon stick, broken up
6 tbsp. dark rum

Boil cider, lemon juice, spices & honey in heavy small saucepan for 5 min. Remove from heat. Add butter and stir to melt. Strain into 2 warm mugs. Add half of rum to each. Serve.
