2 c. stewed apples, dried
2 c. nuts
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 (15 oz.) box seedless raisins
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add slightly beaten eggs. Mix. Sift all dry ingredients together except soda. Mix soda with the apples. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Pour in a greased tube cake pan and cook 1 hour, 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
