APPLE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. cherry jello
1/2 c. red hot cinnamons
2 c. water
1 c. celery, cut fine
2 unpeeled apples, cut fine
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Dissolve 1/2 cup red hot cinnamons in 2 cups cold water by heating water and red hots to boiling until all are dissolved. Pour over the jello. Chill. Then add celery, apples, and nuts. This makes a beautiful colorful salad.
