OATMEAL CRUNCH BARS 
2 c. Pillsbury's Best All-Purpose or Unbleached flour
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, soft
2/3 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. coconut

FROSTING:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tbsp. peanut butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.) In large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients; blend well. Stir in coconut. Spread in ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool. In small saucepan, heat the chips over low heat until melted. Stir in peanut butter; blend well. Spread over bars. Cut into bars. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
