SPINACH PIE III 
2 lb. bread dough
Oil
3 (4 oz.) chopped pepperoni
1 can black olives, chopped
Crushed red pepper to taste
12 slices American cheese
3 cloves chopped garlic
3 pkg. frozen spinach

Thaw spinach and squeeze out all of the water. Saute garlic and pepperoni in oil until tender. Add spinach, olives and red pepper. Heat through 5 minutes. Spread dough into two 14 x 10 inch rectangles. Line 6 slices of cheese down center of each. Divide spinach mixture and place spinach on top of the cheese. Bring sides of dough to center and overlapping. Turn over so the seam is on the bottom on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes, then slice.
