SUPER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 packet Butter Buds, melted
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sifted whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. 40% bran flakes cereal

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 2 cookie sheets with non-stick coating agent. In large mixing bowl, combine Butter Buds, oil, and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and cereal.

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove cookies immediately to cooling racks.
