SUGARLESS COOKIES 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. water
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Boil raisins, apple and dates in water for three (3) minutes. Add butter and melt. Cool. Add rest of ingredients - nuts last. Mix well and refrigerate several hours. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Refrigerate in a closed container.
