CORN RELISH 
2 dozen ears corn
1 sm. head cabbage
3 green peppers
3 med. onions
1 c. celery
1 c. cucumber
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. turmeric
Salt to taste

Blanch corn for 2 minutes. Dip in cold water and cut grains from cob. Chop vegetables fine; add remaining ingredients. Cook together (simmer) for 30 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
