1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. frozen tater tots
1/4 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped

Brown beef and onions. Mix soup with milk. Put meat mixture in casserole and pour soup over it. Place tater tots on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
