CRISPY RICE SNACKS 
1/2 c. chunky, natural peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins, optional
2 c. Erewhon crispy brown rice cereal

Mix peanut butter, honey, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon together in bowl. Add brown rice cereal (you can find it in Health Food Stores) and stir gently until the cereal is well coated.

Using wet hands, form mixture into walnut sized balls and place them on a lightly oiled dish or on waxed paper. Also can be rolled in coconut, chopped nuts or sesame seeds.
