SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. can sauerkraut (don't drain)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
2 oz. onion
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. rice

Brown turkey, onion and rice. Add kraut, pour sauce on. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
