CALICO VEGGIES 
3 to 4 fresh okra, sliced
2 fresh yellow squash, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and small diced

Put potatoes in a skillet with a little water. Cook until half done. Add squash and okra. Add extra water, if needed. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper. When all veggies are tender, it is ready.
