MICROWAVE ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
2 c. sugar 3 eggs, beaten 2 c. zucchini, grated 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cloves 1 c. chopped nuts 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. oil Combine sugar and eggs. Add oil and zucchini; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a large bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Microwave on high 4 minutes; rotate; microwave on high another 4 to 6 minutes or until bread pulls away from sides. Let stand 15 minutes before turning out of pan. |
