MICROWAVE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. zucchini, grated
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil

Combine sugar and eggs. Add oil and zucchini; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a large bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Microwave on high 4 minutes; rotate; microwave on high another 4 to 6 minutes or until bread pulls away from sides. Let stand 15 minutes before turning out of pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
