SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 cans sm. shrimp
Crackers or party bread-rye or pumpernickel

Melt tomato soup and cream cheese in top of double boiler. Dilute gelatin in cold water and add to tomato and cheese mixture. Add onion, celery, green pepper, mayonnaise and shrimp. Mix well and pour into greased mold. Chill at least 24 hours. Serve unmolded with crackers or party bread.
