CRUSTY CHEESE RINGS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. grated Swiss (etc.)
1 egg white
Additional grated cheese

Combine flour and butter. Coat butter. Mix in cream and vinegar with fork. Stir in cheese, distributing evenly. Roll to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into rings with doughnut cutter. Chill for 30 minutes. Brush tops with egg white. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
