GOOD POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. light sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. melted butter

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Boil 6 medium potatoes with skins on. Peel, grate and spread in 9 x 9 inch glass dish. Mix together soup, milk, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion and butter. Pour mixture over potatoes and press into potatoes. Mix together topping ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be frozen. Thaw completely before baking. Serves 6.
