MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix 1 stick butter 1/3 c. water 4 eggs 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple Mix cake mix, butter, water, eggs and mandarin oranges together well. Pour into two 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350°F; let cool. Mix well the Cool Whip, pudding mix and pineapple. Frost the cake and keep in cool place. |
