TURKEY STEAKS 
6 fresh or frozen turkey cutlets
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water
Italian bread crumbs

Combine flour, salt and pepper. With meat mallet, pound the cutlets to 1/8" thickness. Coat cutlet with flour; dip into egg mixture then coat well with Italian bread crumbs. Deep fry 3 to 5 minutes at 360 degrees. Drain on paper towels. Put into 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered. Serves 6.
