HAMBURGER ROMANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can 96 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 env. (2 1/2 oz.) sour cream sauce mix
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 oz. noodles (3 c.)
3 1/2 c. water (hot)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook meat until brown; drain. Stir in mushrooms with liquid, cream, flour, onion, catsup, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Layer uncooked noodles. Pour water. Cover, bake 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
