GLAZED COUNTRY HAM 
1 (12-16 lb.) country ham, trimmed and scored
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. dry sherry

Mix the sugar and sherry to form a paste. Spoon this over the ham and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours, until the glaze is golden and crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature. Feeds a crowd with plenty of leftovers. Serves a crowd.
