SHREDDED POTATOES 
6 potatoes (12), grated
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. shredded onion
2 c. shredded cheese
Cornflakes

Cook potatoes. Heat butter and soup. Add sour cream, cheese and onion into soup. Stir into potatoes in casserole dish.
