CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (# 30) can cream corn
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese

Mix everything except cheese. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased dish; put 1/2 of sliced cheese on top, then rest of batter, then remaining cheese.

Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
