SUN-DRIED TOMATO CHEESE SPREAD 
1/2 c. oil packed tomatoes, drained
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. oil from tomatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped or 1 tsp. dry

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Great on toasted baguettes or bagels.
