CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 whole chicken, cooked & de-boned
1 can olives, chopped
1 sm. can whole green chiles, washed and seeded
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Raw tortillas

In sauce pan heat soup and sour cream until warm. Layer in oblong baking dish: 1) sauce, 2) raw tortillas, 3) sauce, 4) chicken, 5) cheese, 6) chilies, 7) olives. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Top with cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
