DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. dry yeast

Combine all above ingredients in large mixing bowl.

1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2-2 c. flour

Heat cottage cheese, water, butter over low heat until warm. Add 1 egg, beaten. Add warm liquid to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir 1 1/2 to 2 more cups of four into batter to form stiff dough.

Cover, let rise in warm place about 1 hour. Stir down. Turn into greased casserole. Cover, let rise another 30-45 minutes. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from casserole, brush with butter. Use a deep, round 1 1/2-2 quart casserole dish.
