1 1/2 - 2 lbs. hamburger
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry minced garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. celery salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. water
2 pkgs. taco seasonings
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 flour tortillas

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10"x6" baking dish. Brown hamburger, onion, and garlic with chili powder, celery salt and pepper. Drain. Add water, taco seasoning, tomato sauce and corn. Simmer until corn is done. Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with 1/2 cup filling. Roll and place edges down in dish. Place closely together. Put remaining sauce on top of tortillas. Top with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
