SALMON STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 med. sized green peppers
1 can salmon, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. tomato juice

Stuff pepper with above ingredients and bake, uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Great for dieters.
