SPINACH-CITRUS SALAD 
4 oranges, peeled, sectioned (2 c.)
1/2 med. sweet onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
4 c. torn fresh spinach

In shallow bowl combine oranges and onions. Add red wine vinegar; mix gently. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, place spinach in medium bowl. Add orange mixture; toss to combine. Makes 6 (1 cup) servings. 1 cup serving = 60 calories.
