FUDGE FROSTING | |
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1 square Baker's chocolate, unsweetened 1 tbsp. butter 1-2 tbsp. half and half, light cream or milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Add milk to sugar until blended. Add melted chocolate, butter and vanilla. Blend until spreading consistency. Spread over cool brownies. Let frosting set until firm and cut brownies into 12 to 16 squares. Delicious and the best one has ever eaten. NOTE: Add half and half gradually. If milk is used in place of half and half or light cream, add a tablespoon at a time. Milk will make a very thin frosting. I always use half and half or light cream. |
