GERMAN ICE KAFFE 
Strongly brewed cold coffee
Vanilla or chocolate ice cream
Stiffly whipped cream, unsweetened

1. Put small amount of ice cream in the bottom of a tall glass. Add a small amount of coffee and stir until smooth.

2. Put a scoop of ice cream in glass and fill glass with coffee until it is 2/3 full. Stir slightly.

3. Top with whipped cream. Serve with a straw and a long-handled spoon.
