STROGANOFF - QUICK 
1 lb. hamburger (or steak, cubed)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. low fat sour cream or non fat yogurt
Noodles or rice

In frying pan brown hamburger or beef chunks and drain. (Start cooking noodles or rice in saucepan.) Add powdered Lipton onion soup and undiluted mushroom soup to frying pan with meat. Add 1/2 soup can of water and mix together. Cook over low heat for about 1/2 hour. Just before serving add 1 cup of sour cream or yogurt. Warm through and serve over noodles or rice.
