FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 sm. pkgs. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. Dream Whip or 1/2 c. whipping cream
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix brown sugar, nuts, butter and flour and spread one-half in cake pan, reserving other half for top of dessert. Brown 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. Cool.

Whip Dream Whip or whipping cream and refrigerate until ready to use. Beat strawberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon extract and vanilla with electric mixer for 20 minutes. Fold in Dream Whip or whipped cream. Pour over crumb mixture. Put rest of crumb mixture on top. Freeze 4 hours before serving.
