LOBSTER CASSEROLE | |
2 c. lobster (fresh or canned) cut in small pieces 2 c. cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk 1 sm. can mushrooms, stems and pieces Combine all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until liquid is bubbling. Serve with a tossed salad and hot rolls. |
