LOBSTER CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. lobster meat
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
