1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 can coconut
Crushed walnuts & cherry halves

Prepare cake as directed on package and bake in greased and floured 12"x17" cookie sheet with sides at 350 degrees until done, 15 or 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes then invert on rack or foil covered cardboard. Dissolve pudding with milk (1 cup); set aside. Cream the cream cheese, add Cool Whip and beat. Add pudding. Beat again. Texture should be light whipped cream. Spread over cooled cake. Drain pineapple well and spread over icing. Sprinkle with coconut and walnuts. Garnish with cherry halves if desired. Serving for 20.
