3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Measure and sift dry ingredients into 15 x 10 inch pan. Make 3 depressions in flour mixture, pour oil in one, vanilla in one, vinegar in one, pour water over all. Mix vigorously with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Frost and serve.
