CHICKEN SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. unpared red apple, cubed
Lemon juice
3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/4 c. pecans

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard, sugar and vinegar. In large bowl, sprinkle apple cubes with 1 tablespoons lemon juice, toss, add chicken, celery, grapes and pecans. Stir in dressing, refrigerate. Can be garnished with apple slices dipped in lemon juice and small bunches of grapes. Serves 6.
