MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 can mandarin oranges (or 2)
1 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. yogurt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Lightly mix the chicken, celery, oranges, green grapes and pecans.

In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and salt. Mix with chicken mixture and serve on a bed of lettuce. Serves 5 and provides 305 calories per serving.
