ICE BOX LEMON PIE 
3 lemons
3 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 bag vanilla wafers

Separate egg whites and yellows into separate bowls. Grate lemon peel, squeeze lemons. To the egg YELLOWS add: grated lemon peel, juice of the lemons, condensed milk, vanilla. To the egg WHITES add: pinch of salt and whip until stiff. Combine mixtures together. Line a pie pan with vanilla wafers. Pour in mixture and top with crumbled wafers. Freeze for one hour before serving.
