2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. granulated sugar 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 2 c. grated raw carrots 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. raisins 13 x 9 inch pan. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bake 35 to 50 minutes. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs mix well. Then stir in raisins, carrots, pineapple and nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan, bake 35 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees until top springs back lightly when touched. Cool in pan then turn onto wire. Then top with cream cheese frosting. |
