CRANBERRY JELLO (Diabetic) 
2 pkgs. red Jello, sugar-free
1 pkg. raw cranberries
2 apples and 2 oranges
1 can crushed pineapple (15 oz.)
10 pkgs. Sweet-N-Low
1/2 c. pecans

Dissolve the Jello in 3 cups of boiling water and set aside. Prepare fruit in food processor (cranberries, apples and oranges). Stir into Jello along with the pineapple, nuts and Sweet-N-Low. Congeal as regular Jello.
