DIABETIC JELLO 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sugar free or 2 pkgs. sugar free Jello
1 c. boiling water
4 pkgs. Sweet & Low
1 c. Cool Whip (12 calories)
2 c. cold water
1 can fruit cocktail or 1 can pears, diced (either one should be lite and pour
off juice and rinse)

Can use 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce. Chill.
