TOMATO MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 lb. macaroni
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. cheddar cheese
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 c. milk

Cook macaroni; add cheese, saving 1/2 cup for topping. Add tomato paste and milk; mix well. Add 1/2 cup cheese (sprinkle over top). Bake 15 minutes or until cheese on top is light brown (350 degrees).
