WALNUT CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. chicken, cooked
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. walnuts, crushed
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt

Cut cooked chicken in bite-size pieces; set aside. In a large bowl, combine celery, walnuts, onions, pickle relish, sour cream, mayonnaise, pepper and seasoned salt. Then add chicken pieces; mix well. Refrigerate. Serves 6.
