WESTERN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can chili beef soup
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. bell pepper (optional)
2 c. Cheddar cheese
Instant rice (6-7 servings)

Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in bell pepper cut into small pieces. Add both soups and 1/2 soup can of water. Let mixture simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Makes enough to feed 4 hungry people or 6-7 regular servings.
