HOT CRAB DIP 
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crab meat (artificial crab does very well)
1/2 jar capers
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 bunch green onions & tops
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. sharp cheese on top

Blend all together except cheese and pour into Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles. I bake this in the round Pyrex dish that fits into my chafing dish and this keeps it hot during the party.
