ROCKY MOUNTAIN CAKE 
White of 8 eggs
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sweet milk

Filling - Make boiled icing of 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup water. Let boil until it makes a jelly when dropped into water. Pour this over well beaten whites of 3 eggs. Beat until nearly cold. Stir into this a cup each of currants, figs, dates, almonds, a small amount of citron and 2 cups of grated coconut. Flavor to taste. Mix well and spread.
