FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 pkg. lemon cake mix or yellow
2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. softened butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the above for crust in large bowl. Mix at low speed until crumbly. Press into ungreased 12x14 inch pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Mix: 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Spread over crust. Arrange assorted fruit. Use any kind of fruit: pineapple, apples, mandarin oranges, strawberries, cherries, kiwi, bananas.

Melt 1/2 cup apple jelly or orange marmalade and brush over fruit. Refrigerate.

HINT: Start with a cherry, then circle with pineapple chunks. Proceed with other fruit.
