CARAMEL POPCORN BALLS 
1 c. granulated Sugar
3/4 c. Hot Water
1/2 c. Brown Sugar, packed
3 qt. Popped Corn

Heat Sugar until melted and golden brown. Add Hot Water carefully. Add Brown Sugar and cook until mixture is like a soft ball. Pour over Popped Corn and roll into balls.
